The third apartment, called Apartment Terrace, is situated on the lower level and has a surface of approximately 70sq m living space. The pool can be accessed through the Apartment Pool, or through a small closed gate in the common yard. All three apartments have access to the pool if the property is entirely rented. The property is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes-walk to centre of Le Lavandou. The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there are three parking lots within the property, or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate. The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
Pets are normally not permitted only with the exception of the authorization of the owner of the property and if they are insured and all vaccinations are up to date.
