The two bedrooms have fairly the same size, one has a king size bed and a wardrobe, and the second one is furnished with two single beds. The apartment has one full bathroom with shower and bathtub and one rest room.

The property is located on the slopped sunny hills of Le Lavandou, blessed with gorgeous sea and landscapes of Cote d’Azur, at only 40 km away from Saint Tropez. It is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes-walk to centre of Le Lavandou. The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there are three parking lots within the property, or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate. The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
Pets are normally not permitted only with the exception of the authorization of the owner of the property and if they are insured and all vaccinations are up to date.
