The Apartment

The master suite, located at the end of the hallway, includes a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. The apartment also has a separate WC and a laundry corner.

The Location
Port Au Soleil is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The beaches of La Ponche and Les Graniers are within a few minutes’ walk.

Regarding parking, there are no free parking spaces nearby, but paid parking lots such as Parking du Nouveau Port and Parc des Lices are about a 7-minute walk away.

Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized by the owner, subject to proof of insurance and up-to-date vaccinations.
