General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of the Maisondazur website

 

  1. Content and scope

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “TCU”) is to define the terms of use of the website accessible at the URL address https://maisondazur.de/en/start/ (the Website”) operated by the company MAISON D’AZUR SAS (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency") and via which it provides Users with a consultation service in the form of a database of holiday rental ads.

The purpose of these TCU is to define the terms and conditions under which the Company makes its Services available to Users, in particular for consulting Advertisements.

Subscribing to, accessing or using the Services and, more generally, the Website, implies that Users accept these TCU without restriction or reservation.

As these TCU may be modified, the applicable TCU shall be those in force and accessible on the Website at the date of access to the Website by the Users.

  1. Definitions

For the purposes of these TCU, capitalised terms, whether used in the singular or plural, shall have the following meanings:

  • Ads

Refers in particular to all textual, visual and photographic data relating to a presentation of a Property offered for rent and published on the Website.

  • Website

Refers to the interactive electronic service operated by the Company, which can be accessed at https://maisondazur.de/en/start/ , from which it provides access to the Services.

  • Users

Refers to all Internet users, visitors to the Website who are potentially interested in reserving properties offered for rent by Maison d'Azur. This reservation is not made online.

  1. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of the Website is to provide an online showcase where users can obtain information about villas offered for seasonal rental. Reservations and payments cannot be made from the site.

 

  1. Ads and interactions with the Agency

When a user is interested in renting a property presented on the Website, they may send an information request to the Maison d'Azur Agency. This request for information must include the first name, last name, email address and telephone number of the User making the request. The Maison d'Azur Agency will then contact the user to process his/her request.

 

To complete the reservation, the user must follow Maison d'Azur's instructions.

The information request made on the Website does not commit Maison d'Azur in any way and does not constitute a commitment to rent. Only the contract signed with Maison d'Azur and the approval of the terms of the internal regulations constitute such a commitment.

  1. Rights and obligations of the company Maison d'Azur

The information contained on the Website is for information purposes only and the company reserves the right to modify the content.

Users are informed that differences from the original images may appear when digitising non-digital images or depending on the different screen settings.

Maison d'Azur provides an email system that the User may use to contact the Company. The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this system is secure and hereby disclaims any liability arising from unlawful access and use of the Website and its database by a third party.

  1. Ownership of the Website

Maison d'Azur is the exclusive owner of the Maisondazur Website and its content. Reproduction of the Website, in whole or in part, by copying the text or photographs is strictly prohibited.

This entire Website is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property rights. Any total or partial use or reproduction of the site constitutes an offence punishable by the Intellectual Property Code.

Each form or teleservice limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary (data minimisation) and indicates in particular

- who will be able to read it (in principle, only Maison d'Azur, unless it is specified in the form that it will be passed on to a third party for the purpose of managing your request).

Each submission via a form requires consent. This consent is saved in the database for a period of one year.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Maison d'Azur website in the European Economic Area.
