Upstairs are the living and dining room for 10 people as well as the open equipped kitchen and nice terraces with dining area and outdoor lounge. The terrace with dining and lounge area is facing the sea so that you can enjoy the sea view during meals. The property also offers a sauna and closed garage for two cars.
The property is located in a secure residence a few steps from Boulevard Patch and Pampelonne Beach in Ramatuelle.
Pets are normally not permitted only with the exception of the authorization of the owner of the property and if they are insured and all vaccinations are up to date.
