The property is located on the slopped sunny hills of Le Lavandou, blessed with gorgeous sea and landscapes of Cote d’Azur, at only 40 km away from Saint Tropez. It is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes-walk to centre of Le Lavandou. The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there are three parking lots within the property, or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate. The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
Pets are normally not permitted only with the exception of the authorization of the owner of the property and if they are insured and all vaccinations are up to date.
The 90 sq m apartment is situated on the upper level on the villa and can accommodate up to 6 adults. The living room is furnished with sofa bed and a dining corner for up to 6 people. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen is separate from the living room. Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the outside exclusive patio. The two bedrooms have fairly the same size, one has a king size bed and a wardrobe, and the second one is furnished with two single beds. The apartment has one full bathroom with shower and bathtub and one rest room.
This property enjoys the exclusivity of a heated pool and a nice patio with its relaxing corner, where spectacular sunsets can be observed over dinner with the family and friends.

The apartment has also a second bathroom.
